An Information Technology professional was charged with felony theft in Eden Prairie. An attorney advising this young man contacted Martin Azarian on a Saturday morning. Ramsey County

A young medical professional retained Martin Azarian for a second time to represent her on her second shoplifting matter. The client could not afford to have this offense on her record. Martin Azarian went to court and explained to the prosecutor that she had attended an anti-shoplifting course and had sought professional assistance with her shoplifting issues. The prosecutor listened to Martin Azarian and agreed to offer a Stay of Adjudication keeping this offense of her criminal record. Another victory for his client!

Stearns County

A woman charged with Felony shoplifting retained Martin Azarian to represent her. The shoplifting occurred over many months. The thefts totaled over two thousand dollars from one store. Martin Azarian ordered the store video and police reports. The store camera was too far away to see the thefts and video was too grainy to prove anything. Ultimately, Martin Azarian convinced the prosecutor to reduce the charge to a gross misdemeanor and the client did not have to do any jail time.

An older gentleman was charged with shoplifting in the St. Louis Park. The client came to Martin Azarian in need of having his case dismissed. He hired Martin Azarian.
